Friday, September 29, 2017Jean, I know you're now where you've wanted to be for some time. As we talked about life and death and faith, I was always inspired and made hopeful by you. Thank you for being the best neighbor anyone could ever have. Thank you for driving me to school from the third grade through high school, and always waiting in your driveway for me those mornings! And thank you for allowing me to visit you once or twice a week these past several years. I was always running late, but you put up with me! You'll always be my extra special friend, and I look forward to seeing you again. I already miss our time together, but know you have more important things to do and people to catch up with. God Bless you, Jean. I love you very much.

Tuesday, September 26, 2017Jean was such a lovely person, so kind and generous to our family who were good friends of her brother John Curley's family across the street. I have fond childhood memories of playing "secretary" with her nieces who had lots of supplies and "how to" from their very capable "Aunt Jean". Thank you Jean for being a bright spot in our lives. We extend our sincere condolences to all Jean's family. Teresa (Bell) Surrette

Tuesday, September 26, 2017We are very sorry to read of Jean's passing. My father Carroll Brochu worked with Jean for many years at the Bangor Hydro. Jean always had a smile on her face when I would stop in the office to see my dad.
