Bangor & Plattsburgh, NY--Patricia Ann MacDonald, 64, died January 15, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 30, 1953, in Plattsburgh, NY, the daughter of Virginia and John Coolidge.

 

Plattsburgh is where she met her husband and soulmate for life. She moved to Maine even though Plattsburgh will always be known as her home. Patricia spent many years in the healthcare field working in nursing homes and home health. She always worried about others and would do anything to help. She enjoyed weekends at camp, Friday night’s at Eagles Nest, Stock car racing, and anything she could do to get a spark out of “Dad”.

 

Patricia is survived by her husband of 48 years, David MacDonald; daughter Laurie Baughman; Andrew Brown; Mckayla Brown; her much loved dog Lady; her mother-in-law “mom” Norma MacDonald AKA “Nana”; sister-in-law Linda Foster and husband Gary Foster; brother-in-law Bruce MacDonald; nieces Christi, Kellie, and Kora; aunt Barbara Hilliard. She was predeceased by her mother Virginia Butler Coolidge; father John Coolidge; father-in –law Leon MacDonald; sister-in-law Brenda MacDonald.

 

She is also survived by extended family and friends including her lifelong friend Donna Snider of Plattsburgh. Many that called her “Ma” Nick Trzaskos, Sheri Kelleher, and Wendy Leighton.
