Al was instrumental in the establishment of St. Mary’s Parish Credit Union. He was a communicant of St. Paul the Apostle Parish and was involved in many aspects of church life and he especially enjoyed his time singing in the St. Teresa’s Choir. Al and Theresa spent winters in Summerfield, FL and they had recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. As many knew, Al had a keen sense of humor.
