Saturday, October 27, 2018Reflections on my brother Mike: • Mike was fiercely loyal and very trusting. Sometimes too trusting. • He never understood women even though he was usually surrounded by them. • Mike loved his children and granddaughter absolutely. • He was an eternal optimist. Each day was a new beginning, and each new day would be better than the day before. • Sometimes it seemed that he cared for animals more than he cared for most people. • Sports were his passion. Refereeing basketball, playing slow pitch softball, racing cars, skiing. But most of all he loved to play golf and was pretty good at it. • He will be missed.

Saturday, October 27, 2018I worked with Mike for many years at Shop and Save in Ellsworth. He was a good friend to me and I will always remember the fun times we shared. To his entire family, I am grieving with you. Mike often told me how much his sister and her family meant to him. He loved them very much! He was a dedicated father and his children were his greatest accomplishments! Rest in peace,my friend. Say hello to Bill Chinook for me and behave! (You will always be my chicken!) ❤️Renae
