Obituary of William Ernest Perry
Please share a memory of William to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
William E. Perry, 48, died May 24, 2020 at his home in Lewiston after a period of declining health. He was born July 3, 1971 in Calais, the son of Gail R. Perry.
William was a graduate of Danforth High School. He liked the fictional super hero, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe which he collected over the years. As a young child, William became gravely ill causing him to become physically disabled. His one wish throughout his life was to be able to do all the things that others could do. We now believe that his wish has been granted.
William is survived by his aunts, Joan Monk of Codyville and Judie Grant of Bangor; an uncle, Ronnie Perry of Newburgh; several cousins. He was predeceased by his mother in 1984 and by his grandparents, Shirley and Perley Wright whom he lived with for a number of years.
A private family burial will take place in Codyville at a later date.
