Obituary of Evan Leon McLaughlin
Medway--Our handsome blue eyed, blonde haired boy with the greatest smile in the world was taken from all who loved him far too soon at the tender age of 28.
Evan spent most of his childhood days in Medway and attended schools in East Millinocket, Millinocket, Veazie and Orono (Class of 2011), which is how he was able to make so many great friends over the years. He is still friends with many of those he befriended and they all have great stories and memories of times spent with him. He had a gift of bringing love and laughter to a room with his beautiful smile, storytelling, heart of gold and charming personality. He loved being outdoors; hunting, fishing, anything with a motor and going on adventures. He was always up to tackling new things and worked many jobs. There wasn't anything he couldn't do. He was a wealth of knowledge and random facts that he picked up along the way and from his love of reading.
We will make sure that your sweet baby girl knows how special you were and how very much you loved her and her brother Jules.
Evan leaves behind his loving parents Leon and Kim McLaughlin, and Michelle and Gary Charette; baby girl Loni Jean and her brother Julian; sister Kacie McLaughlin RN BSN, who he was very proud of and shared an unbreakable bond with; step-siblings Leslee Miller, Adam Miller, Sara Leathers, Crystal DeRoy, Erica Lee, Krystin Provenzano, Michelle Mathieu, and their families; grandparents who loved him unconditionally Leon and Jane McLaughlin, Gerri Anderson and his late grandfather Brian Anderson; many aunts, uncles and cousins, including special Uncle Dan and Aunt Amy Anderson; many wonderful friends that were like family.
Please watch over us until we are able to be together again. We Love you and miss you so much already. If love and laughter could have saved you, you would have lived forever XOXO!2!!
