Obituary of Mary Ellen Fraser
Brewer - Mary Ellen (Farwell) Fraser, 89, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021, at her home in Brewer. She was born September 21, 1932, in Bangor, the daughter of John J. and Nora M. (Clark) Farwell.
She graduated from John Bapst High School and Beal Business College and went to work for Merrill Trust Bank. On August 1, 1953, she married Ralph D. Fraser until his passing in February 2011. In 1961, they started Twin City Auto Supply, where she was the bookkeeper until 2010. She was a Life Master at Bridge, enjoyed traveling, and playing beano.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband; sister Jackie Hawkes. She is survived by sons Donald and wife Tania, and Scott; granddaughters Madison, Tisha and husband Jason, Cassidy, and Caitlin; great-granddaughters Abby, Katie, Annabelle, and Bailey; sister Virginia Weaver and husband Jim of Scarborough; sister in-law Jackie (Fraser) Hayes of Brewer; several nieces and nephews.
